Academic Year 2025/26

The Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) is pleased to announce a student mobility opportunity for the Academic Year 2025/26 under the Erasmus+ KA1 International Credit Mobility Project.
IBCM has received confirmation from its German partner institution, Hochschule Geisenheim University (HGU), Germany, to host IBCM students for a semester abroad. Learn more about HGU.
This call is open to:
ISM students (upcoming 4th semester) and Master’s students (upcoming 2nd semester)
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Completion of the first year of study (both semesters)
Good academic standing (minimum cumulative grade of 4)
Minimum cumulative attendance of 60%
English language proficiency (B2 level or higher)
Demonstrated cross-cultural competencies
All travel and accommodation costs will be fully covered through the Erasmus+ grant.
The internal selection process at IBCM will be based on:
Cumulative average grade
Attendance rate
English language proficiency
Letter of motivation and CV
Students who have not previously participated in IBCM exchange programs are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given priority. Preference will also be given to students from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds, and Erasmus+ encourages the participation of students with special needs.
Selected students are expected to fully commit to the exchange program. Withdrawal after official selection will only be permitted in exceptional and justified circumstances, as such cancellations disrupt the mobility process and limit opportunities for other candidates.
Interested students should submit the following:
A Letter of Motivation (maximum one A4 page) outlining expectations and reasons for applying
An updated CV including educational background, work experience, and personal details
Applications must be sent by Sunday, 21st December (by 4:00 PM) to:
Mirjana Krsmanovic – m.krsmanovic@ibcmitrovica.eu
Please note: Students must apply directly to IBCM first. After internal selection, IBCM will nominate successful candidates to HGU. Final approval will be made by the partner university.
For further inquiries, please contact the IBCM International Relations Office.
We look forward to receiving your applications and wish you success in this exciting international opportunity!
