Vice-Rectors

IBCM has three Vice-Rectors, each with defined responsibilities to support the Rector in leading and managing the institution. Their duties are assigned by the Rector, who may also delegate legal authority to them for specific periods.

Each Vice-Rector oversees one of the following key areas:

• Teaching, academic and student affairs, and quality

• Budgets, finance, infrastructure, and administration

• International cooperation, projects, innovation, and research

Together, they ensure the effective coordination of IBCM’s core academic, administrative, and strategic functions.
