IBCM had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Arianit Fazliu, co-founder of Kutia, for a guest lecture with students of Intercultural Communication and Organizational Behavior (ISM3), Leadership (ISM3), and Strategy, Staff Development, and Business Development (EAM5), courses led by Prof. Asst. Medina Braha.
With over fifteen years of experience in technology and entrepreneurship, Arianit shared practical insights on his approach to leading companies, motivating and developing staff, and fostering an organizational culture that allows people to thrive. His experiences provided students with real-world examples that directly connect to the learning outcomes of their courses.
Beyond Kutia, Arianit is a member of the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo and has founded several initiatives, including Beetroot Academy Kosovo (IT training), GaGa Këngë për Fëmijë (a children’s YouTube channel), and BlockJump (a blockchain technology academy). Through these projects, he continues to promote technology, education, and creativity in the community.
This lecture offered students a unique opportunity to see the intersection of theory and practice, inspiring them to explore leadership, innovation, and team-building in the digital age.
