We’re pleased to highlight Elsa Beqiri, a recent graduate in Applied IT who completed her internship last year at IBCM from March to December. Her internship represents a valuable example of how practical experience supports the transition from studies to professional work.
Throughout her internship, Elsa worked closely with the Communication and IT Department, where she contributed to a range of key activities and ongoing projects. She supported the transition to the new IBCM website by assisting with content preparation, organizing materials, and coordinating digital assets to ensure a smooth and effective process.
Her daily responsibilities included content creation, organizing communication materials, photography, and supporting multimedia tasks across different platforms, allowing her to develop both technical and creative skills.
Throughout her internship, Elsa proved to be a reliable and dedicated team member. She was consistently present during field work, demonstrating responsibility, professionalism, and a strong willingness to contribute, making her a valuable part of the team.
Elsa’s internship reflects IBCM’s commitment to providing students with hands-on experience that bridges academic knowledge with real institutional practice and prepares them for the job market.
We wish Elsa continued success in her professional journey and future career development.
