Required Documents for Transfer:
• Transcript of Notes (original, stamped, with protocol number)
• Syllabus of all completed courses
• High School Diploma (original or notarized copy)
• High School Transcript (original or notarized copy)
• Birth Certificate (original)
• Copy of ID

Documents must be submitted to the Student Service Office at Riverview Campus.
