Albonita Uka is a 5th-semester Public Administration student who started her internship in December as part of the Project Office at the Knowledge Transfer and Innovation Center (QTDI), where she will continue until mid-March. This experience marks another important step in her professional development.
After completing a previous internship in Marketing at IBCM, Albonita wanted to explore a different field and challenge herself by gaining experience in project-based work and administration.
Today, her days are filled with a variety of responsibilities, from working with project documentation and communicating with partners, to actively participating in trainings and meetings that contribute to her professional growth.
One of the key skills she is developing is communication, especially through collaborating with partners and contributing to different project tasks. The moments she finds most rewarding are when she successfully completes and submits her work, reflecting her progress and dedication.
Albonita describes this experience as the perfect place to start a career. Internship applications at IBCM are open, so apply now and take the first step toward building your professional future.
Apply your knowledge in real work during your studies.
