IBCM is pleased to announce an exciting exchange opportunity for the Spring Semester of the Academic Year 2025/26 through our partner institution, Sapienza University of Rome (SUR), under the ERASMUS+ KA1 – International Credit Mobility Project.

  WHO CAN APPLY 

The call is open for:

• International Sales & Marketing (ISM) – 3rd semester students
• Environmental & Agricultural Management (EAM) – 3rd and 5th semester students
• Applied IT – 3rd and 5th semester students

All travel and living costs for the mobility period will be covered by the ERASMUS+ grant.

 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS 

To apply, IBCM students must:

• Have completed the first year of studies (both semesters);
• Have a cumulative grade average of at least 4;
• Maintain a minimum attendance rate of 60%;
• Have English language proficiency (minimum B2 level);
• Demonstrate cross-cultural competencies.

 SELECTION CRITERIA 

The internal selection will be conducted by IBCM and based on:

• Cumulative academic performance;
• Attendance record;
• English language knowledge;
• Motivation letter and CV.

Priority will be given to:

• Students who have not previously participated in an exchange program;
• Students from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds;
• Students with special needs, as encouraged by Erasmus+.

⚠️ Please note: Selected students are expected to fully commit to the exchange. Withdrawal after selection will be allowed only in exceptional and justified circumstances, as it limits opportunities for others.
