
On March 30, 2026, the Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) hosted the closing session of its participation in the 5th cycle of the VirtuEU program.
This final session at IBCM marked the conclusion of the college’s active engagement in the cycle, while the overall VirtuEU project will continue in the coming months.
The session was facilitated by the lecturer Dukagjin Abdyli and focused on the Open Participation Process and the Rule of Law, addressing key approaches to strengthening democratic legitimacy in both the European Union and Kosovo.

Through this final session, the VirtuEU program at IBCM reinforced its mission to equip students with practical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and a deeper understanding of democratic processes.
