
IBCM is pleased to announce a guest lecture by Mr. Oltjan Hamza, PhD Candidate in Business Administration at South East European University and Vice General Administrator at Western Balkans University.
The lecture, titled “Digital Transformation as a Catalyst for Sustainable Tourism: The Case of Albania”, will take place on 25 May 2026 at 11:00 in the Auditorium at Riverside Campus.
Mr. Hamza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University (Turkey) and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Albanian University (Albania). He is currently pursuing his PhD studies in Business Administration and is also a licensed real estate valuation expert certified by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy in Albania.
With over 13 years of professional experience across both public and private sectors, his expertise spans finance, management, human resources, business administration, and feasibility studies development and evaluation. Alongside his academic and administrative roles, he works as an independent valuation expert and collaborates internationally as a business consultant.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hamza has held several leadership and specialist roles, including positions within the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy in Albania and Western Balkans University, contributing to institutional management, financial administration, and organizational development.
This guest lecture will provide students with valuable insights into the role of digital transformation in shaping sustainable tourism development, with a specific focus on the case of Albania and regional opportunities.
