Guest Speaker: Dr. Diana Escobar
Postdoctoral Researcher at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of the Sacred Heart

Dr. Escobar is an economist with a PhD in Sustainable Policy and Circular Economy and is currently involved in the MARVIC project, working on participatory policy design for MRV systems for carbon removals in European agriculture. Her work focuses on agricultural and environmental policy, sustainability measurement, and circular economy practices, contributing to ongoing discussions on sustainable development in Europe.
