Public International Business College Mitrovica and Kosovo Academy of Sciences and Arts have officially signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at strengthening academic, scientific, and institutional collaboration between the two institutions.

The Memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Mihone Kerolli-Mustafa, Rector of IBCM, and Academician Prof. Dr. Justina Shiroka-Pula, Chairwoman of ASHAK. 

This cooperation establishes a framework for joint engagement in the fields of higher education, scientific research, innovation, digital transformation, green economy, public policies, and sustainable development.

Through this partnership, the two institutions will collaborate in several important areas, including:

• Joint national and international research projects
• Academic conferences, symposiums, workshops, and publications
• Capacity-building and professional trainings
• Development and strengthening of master's and doctoral programs
• Support in strategic planning and institutional development
• Exchange of academic expertise and professional support
• Cooperation in internationalization and European project applications

The Memorandum also foresees mutual support in organizing academic and scientific activities, as well as the shared use of institutional infrastructure when needed for conferences, trainings, and professional meetings.

This partnership represents an important step towards strengthening academic cooperation and advancing research, innovation, and international collaboration in Kosovo and beyond.
