The Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Arcus Security, a leading cybersecurity company in Kosovo, marking an important step toward strengthening cooperation between academia and industry.

The agreement was signed by IBCM Rector, Prof. Mihone Kerolli Mustafa, , and Arcus Security CEO, Mr. Behar Fazliu, establishing a framework for collaboration in cybersecurity education, professional development, research, and talent development.

Through this partnership, IBCM and Arcus Security will work together to create valuable opportunities for students and staff, including internships, practical training,  designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry needs.

The cooperation will also support the development of cybersecurity skills through training programmes,workshops,  seminars, cyber exercises, and other hands-on learning experiences. In addition, both institutions will explore opportunities for joint research projects, innovation initiatives, and participation in national and international projects related to cybersecurity, digital transformation, and digital governance.

Arcus Security is a Kosovo-based cybersecurity company specializing in information security, cyber risk management, and digital resilience. Through its expertise in cybersecurity services and innovation, the company supports organizations in addressing evolving digital security challenges while contributing to the development of future cybersecurity professionals. 

This partnership reflects IBCM’s continued commitment to providing students with industry-relevant knowledge, practical experience, and direct engagement with leading organizations in the field.
