
IBCM is pleased to host Ms. Albana Shala Bunjaku, Director of the Office for Public Property Administration at the Prime Minister’s Office, a Board Member at PriBank, and an experienced professional in public sector property management, real estate valuation, and tax administration, for a guest lecture.
Ms. Shala Bunjaku brings extensive experience from the public sector, with a strong background in property administration, taxation frameworks, and institutional governance. Her work focuses on the development and implementation of policies related to public assets, property rights, and real estate valuation, contributing to improved transparency and efficiency in public administration.
The lecture will focus on “Implementation of Property Tax in Kosovo and Assessment of Real Estate”, providing students with practical insights into taxation systems and property valuation processes, and their application in the context of Kosovo.
The lecture will take place on 6 May, starting at 13:00, in Auditorium B, Riverside Campus.
