Luljeta Aliu Mulaj
Assistant Professor
Dr. Luljeta Aliu Mulaj holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, an EU-funded doctoral program in cooperation with the University Côte d’Azur (France), Johannes Kepler University of Linz (Austria), and the University of Chieti-Pescara (Italy). She has extensive academic and professional experience in higher education, quality assurance, teaching and training and institutional development. Dr. Aliu Mulaj has authored and co- authored numerous scientific publications, book chapters published by Springer and Routledge, and an academic monograph. As an accreditation and evaluation expert, she has assessed study programs at BA and MA levels in several European universities and contributed to policy and quality assurance reforms in Kosovo’s higher education sector and region. Her expertise spans curriculum design, institutional strategy, project management, international and regional cooperation. She has led and implemented higher education projects funded by the EU (TEMPUS, Erasmus+), UNDP, U.S. Embassy, Austrian Development Agency, and the Regional Challenge Fund (KfW). Dr. Aliu Mulaj is also a co-author of several higher education institutions strategies, policy reports, and thematic analyses in higher education and labor market alignment.
