IBCM signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the Gymnasium: ‘’Eqrem Qabej’’ from Vushtrri

Today, March 2nd 2018, IBCM signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Gymnasium: ‘’Eqrem Qabej’’ from Vushtrri, one of the top high schools in Kosovo. Through this MoU we tend to establish a formal basis for cooperation between the college and Gymnasium. Our mutual goal is to further strengthen the partnership and work together in concrete projects in order to help the empowerment of Vushtrri youngsters through Education.

We from IBCM want to express our thanks to the Gymnaisum: ‘’Eqrem Qabej’’ director, Xhevat Lahu for his constructiveness and wholeheartedly willingness to make this cooperation happen and be the first step towards of series of joint activities between our institutions. Meanwhile, IBCM and Gymnasium: ‘’Eqrem Qabej’’ are working together in expanding the IBCM English Academy to reach the youth of the city, moving on to organizing soft skills training and work on other ways to boost the skills level of Vushtrri’s youth.

Fields of cooperation between IBCM and Gymnasium: ‘’Eqrem Qabej’’ include: exchange of information and activities aiming to support the education of the Vushtrri in Kosovo.  Both institutions aim to create opportunities for meetings and cooperation of academic staff, current or potential students, parents and other important actors to raise awareness on the importance of further education of Vushtrri’s youngsters. Cooperation also involves collaboration in professional activities including research, joint training, workshops, English courses, seminars, and conferences. Both institutions will also support each other in the fields of promotion of ideas in the benefit of Vushtrri students and developing activities in the benefit of the communities and other administrative and logistic support.

Through this cooperation IBCM and Gymnasium: ‘’Eqrem Qabej’’ reaffirm their commitment to further support the education in Kosovo. IBCM and Gymnasium: ‘’Eqrem Qabej’’ look forward to working closely together to design and implement concrete activities to support the Vushtrri youngsters.
