1st IBCM Bachelor graduation

On the 16th of May, the International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) held his first Bachelor Graduation Ceremony. 48 students received a Bachelor’s degree from the Director of IBCM, Mr. Stefan Schandera. Those students also received a double degree from our Danish partner Colleges Lillebaelt Academy of Professional Higher Education, handed over by Ms. Regitze Sparre-Kristensen. She said that she was proud to say farewell to the first generation of IBCM Bachelor graduates and that they should take advantage of all that they have learned at IBCM to climb the ladder of success and to find their own path through life, always believing in themselves.

In his speech, Mr. Schandera emphasized that the IBCM diploma is not only recognized in the region but also in the European Union. He noted that the success of IBCM, besides premium facilities, consists of a renowned and recognized teacher body and a highly professional administration.

On behalf of the students, Ms. Dijana Hasani delivered a speech from which we can share one sentence:
“…if I could turn back time, and choose again, IBCM would still be my first choice!”
Ms. Hasani also received the Best Student Certificate among students from the north campus for achieving the best grade average over the course of the program in International Sales and Marketing. For Public Service Management, Mr. Aleksandar Tomic received the Best Student Certificate.

On behalf of South students , Ms. Marigona Morina stated,
” I am very happy to be announced as a semi-finalists for a MA Scholarship in the U.S. -for which I acknowledge IBCM for the best preparation ever towards that competition.”
Ms. Miranda Rugovaj received the  Best Student Certificate among students from the south campus  for achieving the best grade average over the course of the program in International Sales and Marketing. For Public Service Management, Mr. Arben Isufi received the Best Student Certificate.

In addition to the awarding of the diplomas, IBCM also recognized the following institutions: European Center for Minority Issues (ECMI),  NGO “Aktiv”, RTV “Mir”, Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture (ACDC),  Initiative for Agricultural Development of Kosovo (IADK), Pro credit bank , TEB bank,. These companies and organizations were acknowledged for their support to IBCM by providing internships for the students and other forms of cooperation that enhanced the practical part of the IBCM student experience.
IBCM says goodbye and good luck to the first generation of Bachelor graduates and promises that it will stay committed to its mission to create skilled young professionals!
